Founded in 2010, JaegerSloan is an independent creative studio led by partners Doug Jaeger and Kristin Sloan. We’ve been collaborating since 2004, working across strategy, storytelling, design, and experiences to help organizations solve complex challenges through imaginative thinking and practical solutions.
Our collaborative Creative Sprint process brings decision-makers into the work early, helping teams establish a shared direction and actionable plan. We lead every engagement directly, bringing in specialist talent as needed.

Ideation, design, and innovation. Doug connects technology, visual design, and experiential thinking to generate ambitious ideas and practical creative solutions. His multidisciplinary experience spans digital and interactive media, photography, video production, and physical experiences, with a hands-on approach to bringing unconventional ideas to life.
Creative strategy, storytelling, and experience design. Sloan leads stakeholder discovery and Creative Sprint facilitation, translating complex business challenges into compelling narratives, concepts, and actionable plans. Her multidisciplinary experience spans branded video direction and production, photography, campaign development, and architectural, interior, and environmental design.

In 2017, we founded Reset Club, our own lifestyle and hospitality brand, built around four distinctive properties in the Catskills.
We envisioned, designed, built, furnished, branded, and continue to operate every aspect of the experience. It’s where our work in branding, environments, digital, and hospitality comes together—and where we get to experience the results firsthand.

We start with a Creative Sprint: 5 to 8 weeks of discovery, two half-day sessions with the people who decide, then refinement and delivery. We take on 1 to 3 clients at a time, and the partners run every project.
